To print from TaxCycle T5013, you need to first choose the group of print sets to view, which is similar to when you Print/PDF slips from the Slips module.
Click on Print/PDF in the sidebar, or press Ctrl+P on your keyboard.
At the top of the Print/PDF sidebar, choose the slip or return you want to print:
T5013 return—Contains print sets for the full T5013 return and print sets for a client copy, office copy and CRA copy.
T5013 slips—Choose one of the options under T5013 slips to print Original, Amended or Cancelled slips for recipients and the T5013Summary of all slips in the return. This includes print sets for a CRA copy, partner copy and issuer copy.
TP-600 return—Contains print sets for the Québec TP-600 return and includes print sets for a client copy, office copy and Revenu Québec copy for filing purposes.
RL-15 slips—Choose one of the options under RL-15 slips to print Original, Amended or Cancelled slips. This includes print sets for a partner copy and issuer copy.
The bottom of the sidebar lists the forms that will print, in order, grouped by print set. TaxCycle decides which forms appear in the list based on the forms used in the return and the settings for each print set. Click on a form or slip to see a preview of it. Check or clear boxes next to forms to add or remove forms from the set in this file only. If you clear the check box, a blue asterisk appears to indicate you have overridden the default. Click on the asterisk again to revert to the default print set selection.
Click on the Show all forms in print set... link to see original, amended or cancelled slips that aren’t part of the default print selection.
If you want to use a different printer or file output (such as PDF) for a print set, click on the edit link of the print set to configure the printer and output format.
To print a single set, click the button on the right side of the box.
To print multiple sets at once, check or clear the boxes for the set(s) you want to print. TaxCycle selects sets for print based on the condition set in Print/PDF Options. If you clear the check box, a blue asterisk appears to indicate you have overridden the default. Click on the asterisk again to revert to the default print set selection.
When you’re ready, click the Print Selected button at the bottom of the sidebar to begin printing.
