Request Missing Slip Information

If slips in the return are missing key information, TaxCycle provides a quick way to ask the contact person to provide the details:

1. The MLetter contains standard text email for requesting missing slip information. It gathers details of any missing information for recipients.
2. To email the MLetter, click the envelope to the right of the MLetter in the Prepare sidebar. This opens an email message in your email program, addressed to the contact person listed on the Info worksheet.
3. All you have to do in press Send.
4. If you want to edit this message, open the MLetter in TaxCycle, right-click and select Edit Template to open it in the Template Editor. To learn more about editing templates, see the Template Editor help topic.
