If you don’t see your scanner listed in DoxCycle to import documents:
Make sure you have installed the most recent driver for your scanner from the manufacturer.
If your scanner is TWAIN compliant, verify the version of your TWAIN device using the TWACKER tool. DoxCycle supports scanners with versions of TWAIN 2.0 or newer for direct scanning.
For WIA compliant devices, check the box to Include Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) devices in the list of available scanners in DoxCycle Options. Then, refresh your scanner list and connect using WIA.
Make sure your computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows. Read this Microsoft Support page to determine what version of Windows your computer is running.
