Don't See Your Scanner?

If you don’t see your scanner listed in DoxCycle to import documents: 

  • Make sure you have installed the most recent driver for your scanner from the manufacturer.
  • If your scanner is TWAIN compliant, verify the version of your TWAIN device using the TWACKER tool. DoxCycle supports scanners with versions of TWAIN 2.0 or newer for direct scanning.
  • For WIA compliant devices, check the box to Include Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) devices in the list of available scanners in DoxCycle Options. Then, refresh your scanner list and connect using WIA.
  • Set up a scans folder and use the Create from import button from the DoxCycle start screen to start a new file. See the Import Source Documents help topic.
  • Set up a monitored folder. See also the Fujitsu ScanSnap help topic.

If DoxCycle does not run:

  • Make sure your computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows. Read this Microsoft Support page to determine what version of Windows your computer is running.
  • See the System Requirements page for more details.

If you’re still not having any luck, contact our support team. Please include the following information:

  • Your scanner’s make and model
  • If applicable, version of TWAIN pulled from TWACKER
