TaxFolder Update (November 17, 2023)

On November 17, 2023, we deployed an update to TaxFolder that includes several improvements and fixes.

Enhancements

  • New! The Client Portal is now fully supported in French. Clients can change the default language for their accounts from the Settings page in the Client Portal. Screen Capture: Set the default language in Client Portal settings
  • New! Added a new column to the Client List tab in the Preparer Dashboard to show whether or not each client is connected to the Client Portal. A green icon means that the client is connected while a red icon means that the client is not connected. These icons also appear next to the client's name on the engagement page. Resolved Issues

  • Customer Reported Fixed an issue on the In Progress tab in the Preparer Dashboard where both the search box and the navigation menu would disappear if there was an entry in the search box and no matching engagements were found. 
  • Customer Reported Fixed an issue related to phone number formatting, where in some instances the country code did not display correctly when creating a new client or sending a signature request from TaxCycle.
  • Clicking on History in the Preparer Dashboard from any client engagement page now automatically filters the history events for that engagement.
