We have deployed an update to www.taxfolder.com based on the recent feedback we received.
This update addresses:
Issues with TaxFolder text/SMS Verification, including:
The display of the link to request a phone call to a mobile/SMS number instead of receiving the verification code by text.
A fix for the message “unable to send code” that appeared after entering the last four digits of the phone number during the verification process.
An issue where clients/end users were seeing a blank page when attempting to sign out of TaxFolder and were not signed out.
A change in the number of emails sent when a client/end-user uploads a document. Now only one email is sent, per engagement, per browser session, even if a client uploads multiple documents.
