TaxFolder Update (April 12, 2023)

On April 12, 2023, we deployed an update to TaxFolder that includes the following fixes and improvements:

• Fixed error handling when trying to add a client email that already exists in the client list. 
• Resolved the “invalid argument” error that appeared when batch updating the engagement status.
• Added a retry when the database returns a 500 connection error.
• Updated phone validation when editing client details (adding/updating client phone number).
• Removed the Site Diagnostics option from the document SMS page.
• Fixed an error related to creating signature requests with multiple signers.
• Customer Request Added a maintenance page for the document SMS page and a pop-up for in-progress signatures to alert clients when TaxFolder is in maintenance mode.
• Added a retry when deleting a document signature or approval fails due to the data being modified in another operation.
• Improved the error message that appears when the client enters 4 incorrect digits for the phone number.
• Removed the orange notification icon for new files added to the Preparer Files section of the Client Portal.
• Fixed an error related to batch updating the engagement status from the Client Dashboard and improved the speed for these updates.
