In the May 5th CO-17 release, the service version number for CO-17 returns was not updated. Consequently, when you transmit a CO-17 return using TaxCycle version 9.1.38833.0, this results in error code 13965.
TaxCycle version 9.1.38916.0 resolves this issue.
