Reduce toner function to print the T1 - T183

In order for TaxCycle to be certified, we have to follow the CRA's guidelines. Consequently, we had to replicate the Sign up for online email message on the T1 T183 as it appears below. To reduce toner usage, you can change the print settings in the print dialog box to use black and white ink only rather than colour.

To change the print options, proceed as follows:

1. Right-click on the T183 and select the option Print/PDF Form.
2. Go to Form colour.
3. Click on the drop down arrow to select Reduce toner.
4. To save these settings for all T183s, click the option Save these settings for T183.
5. Click on the PRINT button.
