Known Issue: Updating from Old Versions of DoxCycle Causes Scanning/PDF Problems

When updating from older versions of DoxCycle (specifically those using .NET Framework 4 or .NET 6) to the latest version, some DLL files may fail to install correctly. This can lead to errors when attempting to add PDF files to DoxCycle, or DoxCycle failing to recognize scanners.

Resolution

Fully uninstall DoxCycle and then reinstall the latest version.
