We have learned that, in some cases, TaxCycle is not displaying the first row of data when importing multi-forms, such as the UHT-2900 and T2125, from an Excel® template.
However, TaxCycle is still including the imported data in calculations, which may cause some confusion. For example, you may see the imported data included in CCA and other calculations even though it does not appear in expected areas, such as the Prepare sidebar or Fast Find (F4).
Close and then re-open the file. The missing form will then appear as expected.
We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
