We are aware of an issue where attempting to file the T5013FIN results in the error message: “Schedule 75 data element is not declared.” This issue is due to a schema change from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and affects all filing years.
We are actively working on a resolution and will update this post once the issue is resolved.
In the meantime, please wait to file the T5013FIN until the T5013 filing release is available, as it will include the new necessary forms and capital gains updates.
We recommend paper-filing if you have a filing deadline before the end of January. We expect to release the 2024 T5013 filing update in early February.
