Known Issue: Attempting to File Slips May Result in CRA "503 Error"

We are aware of an issue where attempting to file slips may result in a CRA "503 error". This is due to a URL change on the Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) website.

Workaround

1. Go to the CRA's Internet file transfer application page.
2. Click "I agree" to agree to the terms of use at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter your account number and web access code (WAC).
4. Find the XML file in the Transmit window and upload your file.

We will resolve this issue in the next TaxCycle update.
