DoxCycle 13.2.53908.0—.NET 6 Upgrade

This version of DoxCycle upgrades to .NET 6 to take advantage of the performance, connectivity, and security enhancements offered in this version of .NET. It also converts DoxCycle to a 64-bit only application. 

Release Highlights

• Updated the recommended and minimum system requirements for running DoxCycle. DoxCycle now requires Microsoft’s .NET 6 technology and a 64-bit operating system to run. 
• Added support for scanners that use Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) drivers.
• DoxCycle no longer supports scanners with versions of TWAIN older than 2.0 for direct scanning.

Drivers for older scanner models may no longer be supported by newer versions of TWAIN or Windows 11, which no longer ships TWAIN drivers. If your existing scanner does not work with this release:

• Make sure you have installed the most recent driver for your scanner from the manufacturer.
• Verify the version of your TWAIN device using the TWACKER tool.
• Check the box to Include Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) devices in the list of available scanners in DoxCycle Options. Then, refresh your scanner list and connect using WIA.
• Set up a scans folder and use the Create from import button from the DoxCycle start screen to start a new file. See the Import Source Documents help topic.
