The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is currently experiencing a technical issue reporting “invalid formatting detected in one or more fields” that may prevent the transmission of T4 slips through internet file transfer.
We have reached out to the CRA and are awaiting clarification on the changes made to their validation processes. We will post updates to this issue as we receive more information from the CRA.
